The rabbit is available. Once you get all the pets from ICC, ToC and Ulduar, you get an invitation to fight Alagon in a pet battle and if you win, the rabbit is your reward

Other two aren't avaialble as minipets unfortunately, though BM hunters can tame Elegon to have the serpent
