You can always tell if an expansion idea is fake by the title. With the exception of "Cataclysm", every WoW expansion title has referenced noun in the lore. The Legion, the Lich King, Pandaren, Draenor, Azeroth, Shadowlands, and the Dragonflights. Cataclysm is the odd title out in how vague it is and doesn't refer to any Warcraft franchise noun, and we're unlikely to see another such vague expansion title. Eclipse is too vague and nonspecific as well. If it had been connected to a WoW noun like "Eclipse of Avaloren", then it could be possible.
