    Probably just an internal change with no actual effect, just reorganization and/or datamining errors. Also note achievement points disappearing on some achievements. Just an error, these two are probably not being changed.

    In case anyone was wondering why the random Throne of Tides change, they are being converted to feats of strength for completing Throne of Tides back before it is updated similarly to Uldaman was for DF.

    They simply don't change them. Just like all the artifact spells are still classified as such. You can also go back to shadowlands and use every covenant ability. So Changing them would probably cause some problems.

    alot of people do espcially in classic. But even in modern raiding I play with sound because you get audible queus that can give you information about whats about to happen instead of having 5 different weak auras to tell you

    I know i have access to the blizzard main frame, the client checks if user has sound enabled and to what level.

    Because there's two listings (with two spells each), one for the original Covenant Ability, and one for the new talent, which are separate spells.
