WA help to show partner's CD use

I'm trying to make a weakaura to show when my arena partner uses Avenging wrath. Would like a glowing icon of the spell on my screen when he uses it. So far I'm not having any luck. Hoping someone here could lend me a hand. Thank you.

I will say, it would be easier to use one of the addons that will track this stuff for you among other things.

This would probably fit your needs, probably a easier way to do it.

Trigger;

Combat Log, Spell, Aura Applied, Source Name, Spell ID, Hide/Timed #

Conditions;

Active True Glow 1 Visibility Checkmark

Ability Team Tracker (think it was previously called Arena Team Tracker) allows you to track party CDs, its good for Arena and M+/Dungeons from my POV, really handy, and you can chose what is tracked for each Spec individually.
