Despite their issues, Blizzard is great at presentation. This is pretty amateur.
The first is too foggy to even mean anything. Whats particularly interesting about that shot to me is it's when they seemingly chose to unveil the "new continent" promo, but the image is unclear and lifeless. It's an important moment in the trailer. When that pops you'd want to show something cool/interesting or at the very least a readable area so that your brain ties the two together. This ain't it. Something someone making a fake would overlook, but far less likely a professional designer would.
3/4 of the photos are neatly curated, staged showcase shots. Meaning they intentionally placed things a certain way for a certain reason. They'd be shots intended to showcase the area for marketing.
The issue is these neatly curated shots don't show anything new. They're entirely reused things.
If you're selling new content, you want to show off new content. You have sometimes fractions of a second to get people attention.
This ain't it chief.
