But . . . what did Vyranoth do that was bad? Grommash led a group that murdered an unknown number of civilians both among the draenei and the dissident orcs and was bent on full genocide if we had not stopped him

Whatever caused her to be locked in stasis in the first place is a start. And then there's the fact that she worked together with both Fyrakk and Iridikron, which lead to Fyrakk getting bloated on some shadow magic. And only then, when her brother was completly crazed and obsessed with mating with trees or something, she chose to abandon both him and the her cause - which was literally "kill other dragons, lay waste to everything titan-related, and kill all mages too for good measure, because we're doing Malygos 2". And essentially everything the Primalists did - she was on board with that.

Her willingness to immediately abandon her brother the moment he got corrupted by the shadowflame she (together with Iri) lead him to would be a very interesting plotpoint. If anyone chose to do anything with it.

Well by the book, Vyranoth tried to stay out of the war and only joined when it was clear the Aspects had crossed a horrible line (and it was Alex who messed up, Tyr agreed to only let them Order abandoned eggs and Alex went for UNATTENDED eggs instead which means the constructs grabbed eggs from parents who were just out hunting). And yes, when she did join, she was dangerous but by she very much had a point.
