Sorry you poor bastards are so insecure about your own masculinity, but that's a "you" problem, not a problem with anyone else. I'll sip my chamomile out of a Hello Kitty cup and somehow that won't make me any less of a man. Largely because I could not possibly give less of a shit what anyone thinks about my masculinity.

Plus, it's not like she's agreeing with any of their policy positions. In both the snippet of her response in the quote and the broader response, she's purely focused on how there's unity against Donald Trump and that even folks like the Cheney's are putting party over country. Not that she suddenly agrees with them on anything.

"It's unmanly to suck a milkshake through a straw" says a man who sits back and closes his eyes with a white tube in his mouth, rhythmically sucking and blowing, inhaling and exhaling carefully so as not to gag or choke, as he's been training himself to do....smoking.

What? A Cheney endorsement would drive you to trump? You must be joking.

I mean, Cheney is evil, not stupid. A 2nd Trump term screws up everything.

It's like the Lincoln Project. They are not allies of progressives, but if they want to do damage to the Republican fascist agenda, I'm not gonna stand in their way.

Think of it like "Trump is so bad, even Cheney thinks he's terrible."

I'm cynnically worried that the Democratic establishment will learn all the wrong lessons from this sudden rise of Republican endorsements and assume a rightward shift will earn them more votes, as opposed to Trump being such a uniquely horrible candidate fostering uniquely horrible sycophants that establishment politicians just want him to fuck off and (metaphorically but probably literally) die already so they can get back to more politely undermining democracy like they used to.

I do actually "eat" milkshakes with a spoon instead of a straw, but only because ever since my root canal drinking through a straw is pretty painful. Otherwise I'd use one like every other normal adult. Jesse is just another in a long line of internet chads who think they need to make up arbitrary rules to define masculinity for the benefit of their braindead base.

Reminds me of a quote from C.S. Lewis:
"When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up indeed."

Any voter that doesn't vote for Trump is the "right voter".

No sane person is going to flip out over Cheney endorsement. Everyone fully understands that he and dems disagree on a lot, but that the threat to US democracy is so great that any republican who loves their country will vote for Harris. Everyone also knows that once the Trump cult is dispersed those republicans will go back to supporting republican candidates that aren't actively trying to overthrow the government and install themselves as supreme leader.

I think the polls are underestimating Kamala's pull to be honest. Let's be real, polls are mostly answered by boomers. People 40 and younger aren't going to answer the phone. The pool numbers we see, are what I believe to be, rankings by boomers almost exclusively.

The polls might be underestimating Kamala but they also underestimated Trump in 2016 and 2020 and likely will again in 2024 so this just cancel things out if so.

Nationwide polls which get the most attention are dog shit and don't mean shit anyways. MI, PA, WI, NV, GA, NC, AZ these states matter and not much else.

Cannot see the video but I assume he's saying he hopes god's giant hand will descend from the heavens, Monty Python style, and his booming voice goes "Elect Trump as President for life or the world will be destroyed by woke liberal communism!"

    Or something.
