This is off topic but basically the way filler works is that the area is typically overfilled and/or has significant swelling from the injection initially which calms down later/filler starts to dwindle to nothing over several weeks. Some fillers last longer but most face fillers typically don’t last super long. Imo fillers are not worth it at all but maybe my opinion will change as I age.

My point is that any filler use can have adverse consequences on the skin but I am sure cosmetic derms would poo poo that claim due to all that cold hard cash they are making. But I do not work in the field so what do I know.

On topic, Melania almost certainly uses cheek fillers and if you see her picture from when she was younger then you will see she looks like a completely different person. The amount of work she has done has insane.

I mean, I don't want to be the one wandering into the land of the perpetually foil engulfed. But this is a man that JUST had someone take a shot at him. That was JUST lambasting his protection detail for not taking care of him sufficiently. Then he suddenly decides he wants to wander around a golf course at the last minute, so that his detail don't get a chance to run the perimeter sufficiently ahead of time.

Then a formally right wing nutter (now apparently a nutter with political views all over the shop) just happens to be lying in wait for him in the place that he's just suddenly decided to go. Where he's promptly shot at by the USSS, before running off without even firing a shot himself. And apparently he'd been waiting there for hours!

It's hard not to think that something about all of that looks a bit suspicious. There are so many out of character actions and bizarre coincidences there. It feels like it would require a chalkboard, string and pins to come up with a way this could just happen by accident. The conspiracy theory feels like the more likely option.

That's what the political landscape has come to today. Wondering if the criminal former president is attempting to fake an assassination attempt to draw coverage away from his rambling, dementia-addled debate and his online spat with a pop star. Fuck me, we are living in some times aren't we?

With post-debate polling having Trump down at the moment by anywhere from 4-8%.
Trump holding fewer campiagn functions per week. He's not visting Wisconsin The Required Amount of Time.



I still say polling is broken even though its nice to see it confirm my personal biases.

In interviews last month, following claims at a city commission meeting that Haitians were cooking wildlife taken from local parks, a city official said they had not been able to verify any of those reports and described them as "false" and "misleading" information amplified by social media.

I've had it once or twice instead of turkey, and a number of people in my general area raise gesse. Its super easy, they'll make noise just like guard dogs, you can harvest eggs in the right season, and as long as you feed them theyll stick around.

Also, ducks are just assholes. You tell me migrants are eating them from parks and I'll send them some knives and forks.

He was more than 2 points behind in a lot of polling post-debate, for the record. He was down 4-5 points in several swing states, and IIRC there was even one MI poll that had him down 7. One of the key factors that contributed to him dropping out was reportedly an internal campaign poll showing he had lost his path to victory, coupled with the simple fact that there isn't a viable pivot strategy for aging.

That said, it's nice to see Harris starting to cross the 5 point threshold and get out of the margin of error in national polling, even if the battleground polling is still way too tight. I have no doubt she'll win the popular vote at this point, it's just a shame that doesn't mean victory.

Incidentally, I was actually contacted by Ipsos yesterday and got mildly excited, but it seemed like it was just market research for migraine medication and I was quickly screened out.
