Well, I did my part in Shitfuck, TX. Somehow I'm incorporated with the nice side of town (no clue why) so a solid 1/4 were low level positions that were straight D with no R on the ballot. Fair enough I suppose.

This is what constant divisive rhetoric does to some people. I am appalled by the kind of derangement it creates on the most vulnerable of us.

In the democratic process, your weapon is your ballot. Use it honorably.
So, you're back to supporting the democratic process?

It's great that you'll stop supporting election fraudsters like Trump.

It seems unlikely. I would be willing to bet that, if we went back through his early 2021 history, he'd never once have said Jan 6th was bad. Therefore, he's not really upset at this crime (yes, it was a crime). He's just mad his side doesn't have a monopoly on literal terrorism.

I am not a flip flopper. The same can't be said about Kamala Harris.
I am a tariff man, standing on a tariff platform.

That article tries really hard to frame this as specifically a Democratic Party issue. Kinda funny considering we just had a poll worker in Texas get physically assaulted by some triggered MAGA guy. Also funny considering all the "enemy within" crap Trump keeps spewing.

Well, Trump is an election fraudster. If you support him, you oppose the democratic process. Either way, you get caught lying.

Maybe they didn't hear anything about January 6th in the Russian feeds.

Trump is probably the biggest flip flopper of all time (good recent examples being the Florida abortion amendment and his stance on Obamacare), so kinda funny to criticize Harris for flipping on some of her positions over time when it's way less egregious on her part.

We well know that this would be used as proof of Nazi/fascist if a deranged Republican made threats against a Democrat recruiting poll watchers. If you want people to think it's just rhetoric and you don't care, just carry on. The election is close because people are dismissing the rhetoric and inability to apply the same standards to both sides.

Almost like there's a pattern of violent rhetoric and threats against poll watches/workers from Republicans, including elected and campaigning politicians, that's not mirrored by Democrats. As if, bear with me because I know you've heard this before, incidents don't all exist in isolation and exist in broader context. Which I know you consistently are frustrated by.

I mean, the report is legit - the dude was indicted on Oct. 21 - https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/phila...representative

And local newspapers tracked down some info on him and he is a registered Democrat - https://www.inquirer.com/news/john-c...-20241021.html

Like, rad, glad they arrested him and please prosecute him. I'm glad conservative finally have their rare example they can use as a cudgel and pretend is indicative of far more, without evidence, while ignoring that largely the response from Democrats to every instance like this is, "Cool, fuck that loser, prosecute them." which stands in pretty stark contradiction to, say, the "FREE THE POLITICAL PRISONERS OF JAN. 6 THEY DID NOTHING WRONG AND THE DEEP STATE IS OUT TO GET THEM" that we see regularly repeated from the campaign podium by the Republican candidate for president of the United States of America.

Far from apologising for his racist rally, Trump is defending it as a 'love fest'.

I don't know about Jack Posobiec but the good thing about me is that I cross-reference all my information so I don't need to care who wrote the article. In other words, you can trust me.

I would never pretend anything of that sort. That's the kind of divisive rhetoric I'm firmly against.

Why y'all continue the act is beyond me. It's like the #WalkAway folks. They honest-to-god think that they're literally fooling anyone and are just so fucking committed to the bit in public it's wild. It's so performative like they're proving it to each other all the time.

We know you don't believe this, you support Donald Trump.

So, you must support Trump spending many years in prison for his crimes, right?
