49ers need a revamp. This game was easily one of our worst games I have seen from us in a decade.

49ers have a lot of good players both in defense and offense. Is the Shanahan magic over?
Season was already over, but now it's gonna be no fun at all without Taysom.

Half their starting OLine and DLine were injured already, including Trent Williams and Nick Bosa. McCaffrey missed 8 games to start the season, played 3 full games, then went out in the first half yesterday and will be gone another 6 weeks. Aiyuk, gone for the season. Fred Warner is playing on a fractured ankle. Purdy is gimpy. I think I read that $112m of their player salaries are on Injured Reserve, which is 1/3rd of the salary cap.
I don't know if the Shanahan magic is gone, but they've been decimated this year.
This game is far more entertaining than anyone could have anticipated.
Ex-Mod. Technically retired, they just won't let me quit.
Nice 500 yard and 6 TD game from Winston.
Hasn't that basically been the thing with the Niners for a while now? Either they are very good, or they are very injured?
I remember the years with Jimmy G still there that they would either be deep in the playoffs or they'd be picking top 10 cause half their team got injured. And that's also how their team has been built basically by swinging HARD between picking high in the draft and getting real difference makers, and then going deep in the playoffs with the talent they collected that way, and then getting injured again and picking high.
And right now, they are looking to repeat that cause if they mostly lose out the rest of the season they probably end up with a top 10 pick again. They are 5-7 and lost the last 3, and currently picking 14th, 1 loss on balance away from being top 10 pick.
Bengals, Falcons, and Bucs games were like that too. KC would be 7-5 at best without the weirdness that always happens at the end of their games. If they lose 4 of their last 5 and are one and done in the playoffs I won't be surprised. If they win the Superbowl again I also will not be surprised. They seem to have taken over some of that old Patriots voodoo magic.
Campbell hanging his defense out to try with that 4th down try on his own 30.

Damn this Saints game is dreadful to watch. Against New York's shit defense with a bunch of off the street players the Saints have managed to lose yards on 8 of their plays.

Carr managed to get injured, again. Giants are mounting a comeback. I think the Rizzi magic is over (also a big void with no Taysom Hill) regardless how this game plays out.
Bresee saved this one, a sack, two passes batted down, and a blocked kick to end it. That game was a real stinker.

Bills defense can’t get off the field, Rams are stomping ‘em.

Bills playing like a team with nothing to play for and Rams playing like it's a must win.
I do get annoyed hearing Brady say the Bills have a good defense, when they can't stop any team on 3rd down. Bills have had no pass rush for years. Basically they hold crappy offenses to under 20 points.
Basically, the Bills need the offense to put up 30+ in order to beat semi competent teams.
They will have to score 45+ to beat the lions if this is how they play defense.

Sounding like left hand fracture for Carr

It seems 45 would be the magic number to beat the Rams too. Odd decision by McDermott to waste a time out that could have allowed for a final effort.

Man I was thinking that the play that got him injured highlights his entire career. Shows promise of a great thing happening, puts in a lot of effort and heart to try and make the thing work but then does TOO MUCH which just means doing something boneheaded trying to show his toughness and bad things happen. In this case an injury that likely ends his season and in the scope of his career just another bad injury or decision that has ruined his potential. And to sum up his Raiders and Saints career, all that effort didn't even get the first down he was so desperately trying for. Coming up short when you still had another down/play to fight.
That kinda looked like a late hit on Herbert.
Desmond Ridder is now the starter for the Raiders for the last four games of this season.
The tank is well and truly in full swing, Sanders to Vegas.

Haener is looking real raw, MVS not helping him either.
