It's a rainbow pattern, the only thing likening it to a flag is that it, being used on a chair, is on a rectangular piece of cloth. Is the chair supposed to be triangular so you don't perceive it as a flag?

Honestly, the inner-tube does more to make it look like a Pride item due to it being blue-pink-white, even though they're not at all close to the shades that appear on the trans flag. At the end of the day though, it's just a chair, it's not gonna kill me any more than seeing a box of Lucky Charms will.
