Here are the official content update notes for Dragonflight Season 4.

Awakened Raid Rotation and Rewards
Dragonflight Season 4 brings back the Fated Raids system from Shadowlands Season 4, with a new rotation that includes all 3 Dragonflight raids! Every week, bosses within one raid will be empowered and drop higher item level loot.

Antique Bronze Bullion Overview
Antique Bronze Bullion is one of the new currencies in Dragonflight Season 4, used to purchase gear, upgrades for legendary weapons, and cosmetic weapon appearances.

Mythic+ Dungeon Changes
Dragonflight Season 4 brings several changes to dungeons, their progression, and rewards.

Obtaining Sparks of Awakening
Players can obtain Sparks of Awakening in Dragonflight Season 4 by completing weekly awakened activities in the Dragon Isles.

World of Warcraft Esports Events
Signups for The Great Push (TGP) and Arena World Championship (AWC) Season 4 are now open!

New Seasonal Mounts
Dragonflight Season 4 brings five new seasonal mounts and Jigglesworth Sr., previously obtained by completing all fated raids during Shadowlands Season 4. For a full list of mounts that have been added in this patch, check our Patch 10.2.6 Mount Guide.

for once im not looking forward to a retail season fated ah caused my guild to fall apparent many dont want to play fated all im going to do is get ksm and clear the raid on normal get 3 bulion for the other mount and finish my good boy achievement that's close to do i dono wither to stick with the guild for war within or find a more stable guild....for the xpac. just play classic till time running is out and try to get as many mounts form that as poss

That's not what he said. I know he's missing punctuation, but what he basically said is that he would like to do the awakened raids with his guild, but he can't, his guild is very much not interested. Not sure if his guild also disbanded, hard to tell what "fall" is, but I'm assuming that they are just not interested and took a break and coming back for next expansion. He's upset about it and not looking forward to probably pugging just normal and skipping what he wanted to do with the guild.

Outside of top/more dedicated guilds smaller ones are just falling apart due to lack of players/interest with the game sadly.
