Give it another few hours first, I'd say. I seem to recall when buying race change or character transfer services that it could take some time for the token to show up, something to do with having to verify the payment or whatever.

If it still isn't there after some hours then you're probably going to have to put in a support ticket.

I think it can take up to 24 hours, Blizz usually have a disclaimer somewhere stating this.

OT: Had this happen once. Opened a CS ticket immediately. By the time the GM answered my ticket my boost showed up. It takes a bit of time sometimes. I imagine the delay has something to do with hacked accounts or botters buying accounts with stolen CCs.

This is very common with many of Blizzard's bundles/packages that include a boost with them. From pre-order bundles to this specific.

Sucks that it wasn't immediate but it will show up.
