Glacial spike and ice floes macro help

Hello mage brothers, have a little problem with glacial spike, i have a macro for ray of frost or shifting power with ice floes like this

#showtooltip ray of frost
/castsequence reset=1 ray of frost, ice floes

Its worked like, im press button 1 time, and cast spell like ray of frost, and if i need to walk with spell i press it again and uses ice floes with 1 button, but this macro dont wanna work with glacial spike, i can use another macro for 1 button glacial spike and ice floes, but sometimes i dont wanna lose stacks of ice floes and wanna 2 buttons macro like im writing here, why it not working with glacial? idk, maybe someone can fix it for glacial?

It doesn't work because /castsequence need to wait for a spell to finish before casting the next one.

It works with channelled spells such as Ray of Frost and Shifting Power because the UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED event is triggered immediately, and the /castsequence macro proceeds to the next spell.
For Glacial Spike, the UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED is only triggered at the end of the cast, so nothing happens before that.

I would just suggest a separate keybind for Ice Floes.

You need to press ice floes 1st before glacial spike because its not a channel spell, i think

You can also press Ice Floes during the cast of Glacial Spike

You can also press Ice Floes during the cast of Glacial Spike

And if you press Ice Floes near the end of your Glacial Spike cast, the charge won't be consumed and Ice Floes will carry over to the next spell you cast.
