Patch 11.0.2 Now Available on the Background Downloader
The War Within Patch 11.0.2 data is now available for download on the Battle.net App! The pre-release content can be downloaded by heading to Settings -> Downloads -> Game Specific Settings -> World of Warcraft: Latest & Future Updates.

As a reminder, Patch 11.0.2 will arrive next week on August 13th in North America and August 14th in Europe.

Rextroy Returns - One Shotting Raid Bosses with 300 Million Damage
Rextroy has returned after a 10-month break and is once again one-shotting raid bosses! This time, he used the 2-piece bonus of the Frost Mage 10.2 Class Set to transfer amplified damage from critters onto bosses. Please note that this bug was reported to Blizzard and was fixed before it became public.

He is reporting and uploads all videos only after it got fixed. Dude has been doing this for years, pretty sure his reports get directly routed to some dev.

He's releasing the videos of the bugs whenever they are fixed, so I guess that shouldn't be a problem.

To be fair a few of these bugs have involved him running around, effectively immortal in enemy cities or one shotting other players, so i could very much see people reporting him for that. Getting randomly hit for 14 bajillion damage with crusader strike or a guy healing all his health every second while tanking every npc in Orgrimmar is going to seem like cheating/hacking to a lot of people. None of it (from what ive seen) has been rated pvp or something that actually gains him any kind of rewards so its not really a big deal, but people have been banned for less.

The people on the other end of this deal with it before the videos are released so wont have any idea whats actually going on.
