Rumors account limited now?

Hey,

I currently have the issues that I cannot start rumors an any more alts.

I have completed them twice today on two different chars, but when I now want to start a rumor quest on any new alt (I can see the rumorgiver, it is outlined, it also has the starting text) it simply disappears without giving me the quest. I had no issues completing several rounds of rumors on several chars in the last weeks.

Anyone else having that issue?

Ok, found it out, quite easy: This happens when your quest log is full.
