Randomly have quests missing on some of my alts, including special assignments. Thanks MMOC for bringing this up and trying to get more eyes on it

All my three characters got the Worldsoul Quest this reset at least. Thats the only issue I've encountered.

But definitely something that has been a mess so far, but last 24 hours seems to have fixed some of the issues from what I have read. Can't help but think that Warband got something to do with it

Blizzard should have been more on the ball here for sure.
