Add Delves to the Raids and Dungeons subforum

Is it an idea to add Delves to Raids and Dungeons subforum since Blizzard said it will be an evergreen feature of WoW. And it is similar content also.

So: Raids & Dungeons
Becomes: Raids, Dungeons & Delves

Yeah put it right next to the warfront subforums, or the torghast one, or the island expedition subforum!

Delves are in a sense a type of mini-dungeon and, as already pointed out, there have been other types of instanced content previously.

I'm not trying to knock your suggestion but currently there are only 3 threads that I can find in the Raids & Dungeons forum that are about Delves, one of which was closed for being a troll thread. Why do we need a sub-forum for a topic that doesn't seem to generate much discussion?

those were expansion features,related to the story of those expansions and never ment to go further,delves have been clearly stated to be an ongoing thing,its the new m+

hahaha it sure is! so much engagement, definitely something people will want to play after the gear isn't relevant anymore and double definitely something people will want to watch other people play through and compete in! +1 for a new subforum absolutely

I'll stick to my point though - these are a type of dungeon and so far they don't generate a great deal of discussion. Why should the section be renamed?

yeah,people will keep doing it,the rewards are insanely good for something you can do solo,not everyone is doing +10 keys

delves are exactly what many people have been asking for years,a way to get decent gear without a group

add a few achvements to it,toys/mounts/pets etc,and even people who dont do them for loot will do em like they do old raids for the same things

also,how is it any different than m+? people still do m+ even after there is no more gear to get,delves have the same system,you can do up to 12 atm when gear caps at 8

Yes and Venara misunderstood the OP too. The OP never asked to make another subforum, just to add Delves to the name of the current one.

The point was that delves are the new torghast, island expeditions, etc... aka they dont and wont matter lol

like the mod himself said nobody is even talking about them so why bother with any of op?

And my point was to point out you misunderstood what the OP wrote (as did Venara).

And as for if they'll be the new torghast, island expeditions, etc, is to be seen. Blizzard made it clear they are a 3rd method of obtaining end game gear, which those previous things were not.

that would be weird considering its the first time since m+ that they said this is here to stay,but who knows,arheology was kinda abandoned,replaced by some other stuff kinda...and i think if im not remembering wrong that they plan on adressing it

Honest question did they say the same for island expeditions? or scenarios? or warfronts? I bet there's a dev interview somewhere where they were promoting those features with big pretty words just like the ones you might have heard. Not that I'm hating on delves it kinda looks like I am in this thread lol, but I'm just saying I've seen so many expansions with their big new gimmick features or game modes and they just disappear when the next expansion hits.

Time will tell.

i watched a fair bit of videos,dont recall them mentioning that,but they knew for sure at the time warfronts wouldnt make sense as they knew there wont be anymore faction conflict soon,torghast was clearly themed for SL and wouldnt work forward,mage tower still exists but you can atleast rationalize that as demons still being around doing stuff

same with island expeditions,it was all for azerite

delves are mini dungeons for loot you can do solo,thats a core gameplay pillar,if they take that away they may as well take dungeons away

lol obviously they are ''themed'' around it,dungeons are also themed,but thats just for aesthetics not functionality

also delves are being done daily on mass just as m+ is,we have stats on these things,but thats not the reason they would stop doing them,everyone did islands in BFA,it was the single best way to get ap,they stoped doing it because it didnt surve a purpose going forward....delves do

you dont just give people a new way to get gear,ESPECIALY solo...and then take it away lol,think about it for a second,when did they ever do that before?
