If those relationship troubles impact a business, they will make the choice that offers the best outcome for their business.

If you are abusive, a company will easily fire you. If you yell at your wife on the phone at work, you will likely get fired. If you sleep with a co-worker, and it impacts the business, you will be fired. So, sleep ith your boss' spouse, and see how that goes after you tell them.

It was apparently a history of accusations of physical and emotional abuse. The last girlfriend seemed to be about as unhinged as he is. But, she was backed up by a couple previous girlfriends of his.

Either way, it's not a good look for a corporate image.

I think this spells, if not disaster, then very bad news for Echo. In my opinion they (Gingi, Meeres, Naowh, etc),were trailblazers in MDI/TGP; inventing things that everyone else later copied. Now that, that almost guaranteed prize money is gone, so can Echo keep those 5 (extremely talented) players?
