He could do Om'riggor and earn a name that way, but it's unlikely he will do it.

It wouldn't be possible, the completion of Om'riggor requires the initiate be anointed with the blood of their father, and since Durotan died when Thrall was just an infant it's exceedingly unlikely he could provide his blood.
