the helm wouldn't really work with wow's ingame models because it would make hair invisible as most helms do, its a bad system, i think even arthas lich king model had invisible hair, the rest of the armor and weapon would be fine though

It obviously is OK otherwise companies would stop doing it. If there was proof that there was another way to make a larger profit you can bet that companies would be doing that.

OK != making profit. Stealing water from villages in Africa is making companies big profits, yet it's absolutely not "ok".

Wow doesn't really see any organic growth at this point, so the way to grow profit from it is to milk the living hell out of the aging player base who are also likely to have way more disposable income than they ever had before. It doesn't work for the 99% of people who have also matured to the point where they wouldn't be enticed to waste their money, even if they have plenty of it, but the 1% who haven't will pump their profits.

Hot topic but easy enough to ignore in-game. I wouldn't be able to tell you who is using a cash shop cosmetic vs who isn't while im playing, I dont even notice what people are wearing to be honest.

True. The thing that is annoying though, is that the game would still be incredibly profitable, if it "only" had box price and subscription. So everything on top of that isn't to maintain the game or "ensure the quality of the game", just corporate greed.

Yes, it's real, it's a cosmetic set for Necromancers in Diablo 4. Costs $28 for the armor and Frostmourne. They've also got sets based on Bwonsamdi, Illidan, Garrosh, Jaina, Malfurion, Varian, Xavius, Xal'atath, Sylvanas, and Kael'thas.

The helm would work just fine.., but on some races it will simply look stupid, such as tauren, gnomes etc. Probably looked stretched etc.

Hair in general with hoods/helms is always disabled and is a wish from the community to see it being added. The sylvanas hood sparked that conversation again. We all want hair to work, but sadly they dont let us. But as of the Sylvanas hood its not really an excuse to not give it to wow players.

Ps: I think its just salt in wound to give things like Frostmourne or Remornia to diablo players who dont gaf abour those and not give it to retail wow. Who actually care for these things. Remornia I get cus its still active out there, but frostmourne still not available as a transmog option is just.. idk stupid. People simply have lost their interest and tired of waiting for simple things like this. So its not really an issue anymore, but that diablo post was just.. and give wow players some fucking ugly backpiece. I just dont get blizz.
