At least for now we have no other possible target. Time will tell if it's true. As for the distance to Silithus - I wouldn't pay that too much attention. The scale in game world is always skewed to fit the narrative / gameplay. For me it's enough Khaz Algar is east of Tanaris and Hallowfall is to the west from Khaz Algar, and Beledar even further west. I won't be surprised if that turns out to be true. I won't be surprised if there is a different target, either
the original post that started this discussion said that Beledar was hit by the sword:

This new crystal is likely a brand new crystal.
given where Beledar is on the map and given where the sword is - no, not possible. did the sword plunging into Azeroth cause it to start to shift? sure, probably - that is more than a reasonable conclusion to make, just like the sword made Azerite spurt out everywhere. but that was not the original point made in the post.

So we have gone from useless small patch events that nobody cares for to copy paste any old assets and systems available. I guess ppl saying there will be only 2 seasons this expansions are right.

So you think it's pure coincidence that Alleria felt the need to point out the exact moment the Beledar first turned dark? "Like, it totally has nothing to with this, Anduin, but isn't it such a meaningless coincidence that the Beledar first went dark when Sargeras poked Azeroth? Not that I'm trying to imply the two events are, like, related, ohmygod!"

Read the transcript. Alleria is not the kind of person to just throw out meaningless red herrings in serious conversations. She makes it a point to stress out how Beledar going dark and Sargeras piercing the planet with his sword are related. She is suspicious, she is theorizing.

It's irrelevant what I think, because I'm not interested in sharing my theories (or even theorizing). All I'm saying is that the user was wrong: nowhere in the game it is theorized that the sword hit Beledar. Alleria says no such thing; it is only said that those two things happened at the same time and may be somehow related, but it doesn't necessarily mean that the sword hit Beledar. That's strictly your interpreation.

And you're wrong. I've literally shown you an excerpt of a conversation between Alleria and Anduin theorizing how Sargeras' sword may have affected the Beledar crystal.

Yes, affected. Not hit by it. It could've been affected in a thousand different ways, but Alleria doesn't theorize that it was hit by it. That's strictly your interpretation.

Oh so you’ve interviewed every single player and none of them care for smaller patch content? Interesting, was that the only question you asked?

The person who started this claimed that the sword hit Beledar. That was the claim. That claim is demonstrably false. Your claim is different, and almost certainly true. Got it? Good.

Well given that the Last Titan is carrying us through to 2030, which would indicate 2 years an expansion, I think “those people” are full of shit.

Not exactly wow'ed by this preview but I didn't think Forbidden Reach looked all that interesting either and I loved it so we'll see I guess. I gotta say though if that tiny ass crystal in the preview is the one the goblins have been talking about it is not what I was expecting.
