Surprised Dragon Isles doesn't have more votes. Bel'ameth or bust. My night elf will have their home.

that lavender glow that sets in as you nestle in the roots. It makes me feel safe in a way nothing else in WoW has.

Bel'ameth, the new Night Elf home under Amirdrassil. It suits me.

I'd love to put mine in the Caverns of Time. Like, as one of those buildings that looks out of place. Lemme just walk into a door and it's my house, and when I walk outside there's the big ol' hourglass and instance portals far as the eye can see.

...which brings up the next question or possible issue with housing...can I do that as a Horde char? I mean...it would fit an UD...and even as an Orc or BE I like Duskwood more than many Horde zones.

Dungeons are also instances but they are located somewhere in the world. Also the houses could be phased like Garrisons were.

If someone asks you "where's Dire Maul?" do you answer "well acthctually, it's an instance, it doesn't exist anywhere"? I bet you do.

It could have been done and I am sure most of Wow fans would have embraced it. They could have even implemented ways to include your Wow titles, mounts and transmog gear etc. you acquired in Wow at least on some level, maybe not all of it but some just to let us feel it is a continuation. They should have saved this world soul saga and anything that follows and release them in Wow2. Of course this work should have been started a long time ago, but why didn't they. I would have.
    Wrong thread.

    Seat of the Pantheon.

So I could drink alcohol with Illidan and throw empty beer bottles at Sargeras.

How the hell did the sunny beaches of Zuldazar lose to a crumbling shell of a planetoid floating out in space.

    Feralas, Dire Maul.

It won't ever work like this, but if I did have a choice it would without a doubt be Grizzly Hills. The sound, the music, the visuals all remind me of my time in Nova Scotia. It's always been a zone I return to when I want to chill out and just soak in the ambience.

Having your own Amberpine Lodge would be nice.

I'd assume that the enemy factions' respective hinterlands (e.g. Elwynn/Westfall/Redridge for Humans) won't be available for Horde, much like an Ally toon couldn't settle in e.g. Suramar.

Yeah - so now I am really curious how they will handle it - because in so many aspects it seems they have given in the moment (some) people start whining...well..at least that is how it feels to me recently....anyhow.
