If you can place your house in any zone on any continent, where will you place it?

The way i think it will work, is that players will have selectable plots in each zone.
How many plots there is in a zone is depending on the size of the zone.
Alliance players can't place their house in Horde only zones, and vice versa. All neutral zones should be fair game though.
You cant place your home inside capital cities. We dont need more reasons to be in Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
Only you and people in your party can see your house in the overworld, so your home is instanced/phased kinda like Garrisons.

Most of my main characters are blood elves, so I would love housing in Eversong/Ghostlands areas. But any nice forest would work... maybe Teldrassil? Oh wait...

I think they'll be available in each major city, but I hope one in every single zone.

For me I'd choose Moonglade. Or Feralas (maybe that's my holiday home?).

If it's just major cities it will be Boralus. If it's any zone in the game it would probably be the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Although moving depending on the season/holiday would be fun too. Drustvar in October would be amazing hehe.

I guess anywhere the exit of the game is closest.

Blizzard could limit our options to starting zones only, but i hope they are a bit more ambitious than that.

But we are talking about modern Blizzard, so keeping our expectations low might be the best thing to do.

I can see Midnight getting revealed at Gamescom just like the Legion expansion.

Nostalgia is strong.

Pandaria being more popular than Northrend is surprising.
People seem to be leaning towards the green zones.

I like Grizzly Hills and Stormsong Valley for their cozy ambience and atmosphere.

These are two of my top spots as well.

Grizzly hills has amazing music and a tremendous "Alaska" vibe, which is utterly gorgeous.

Stormsong is just one of my favorites. I love the Tidesage aesthetic, and in particular I'd love a house on the hills in the Eastern part of the zone, overlooking the water and the Shrine of the Storm.

Alliance: Ironforge in one of the existing unused storefronts/homes.
Horde: Undercity in a secret subbasement crypt or second floor apartment reachable by new stairs/elevator installed where there is currently a blank wall between any two auctioneers.

I live in / hearth into those two cities anyways, I might as well have an instanced home there.

I honestly love the atmosphere of Eversong Woods...so that was my first thought.

Otherwise? I could also see myself wanting a house in The Barrens, or Westfall.
