Poll: New Races or NPC-Race Recruits?

[Poll] How important is customization for new allied races?

So of course customization is important. It's cool as hell. It makes you feel like it's your character instead of just some random copy and pasted one.

    ...however...

If the choice was between getting one full race each for Alliance and Horde, and... Straight up unlocking all NPC races as-is under "Recruits"....

I dunno man, I think id take the NPCs.

Especially if the new races ended up being some request-adjacent bullcrap like Lightforged, Void Elves, and Highmountain Tauren were...

    For clarity:

OPTION A: Two new races, one for Horde and one for Alliance. Dracthyr-level of customization, voice lines, racial abilities, heritage armor, starting zone, transmog enabled.... but it's low-requested races like Yaungol or Jinyu or something. Still cool, but niche and not your first choice.

OPTION B: "Recruited Races". Nearly every sentient race, from Nathrezim to Venthyr to Ogre to Aarakkoa to Naga, but completely as-is. No new voice lines, one shared set of racial abilities, no specific home aside from the embassies, no heritage armor. Only as much customization as they already have, plus transmog. Each can eventually still be added as a full race.

In my opinion blizzard should do a poll like we once had the option between 5 mounts.
And the community will pick a race each on a faction and they will turn those two races playable heck i think if they would put a race on their store with a pre-order that they can hire a team of devs from that that can focus just on making playable races when you saw the amount of money they made from the AH mount.

This is kind of a false argument regardless because point 2 isn't feasible. Adding transmog to races is the hard part, and remaking the model to that degree? They're going to add customisations if they're doing that. So given number 2 is impossible due to how the game's set up, any attempt at it just becomes option 1

Like, the only races that vaguely works for, the races that currently support transmog and you could just lazily make available, are: Naga, male Vrykul, male forest and ice trolls, the thin human male, skeletons, the Wrath era low res Tuskarr model, TBC era Broken men, Wrath era Taunka men, fel orcs men (the Netherwing disguise ones), and haranir (which, let's be honest, are gonna be playable)? That's all the NPC races they could do this for. There'd be no Arakoa, no nathrezim, no ogres, no venthyr. Because all of those need to be completely remade from scratch to support transmog.

If we start looking at the ones that don't need to be remade as bad (Still basically need to be remade but at least don't need new UV maps) that gives us Vrykul women, the older Ogre model (Not their WoD era update, they were remade in such a way they're not longer even considerable for player models), sylvar and kyrian. That's the best you'd get from option 2. Even Sethrak would need to be remade from scratch, and Venthyr are still completely out of the running due to how their texture is laid out

This is the highest grossing videogame of all time, quadruple dipping with a $50 box every two years AND $15 per month to play AND cash shop cosmetics ($25 for ONE mount! Now $90!) AND legal gold selling. You should expect nothing less than FULL races with new animations and customizations.

I want them done properly and I want the races we have been asking for since WoW was launched like Ogres and Forest Trolls, not new things. Well maybe Sethrak.
