I am rerolling to WW for raid and M+ i really enjoy the celestial conduit play style. I like the CD control and i get extra FoF after the cast is done and with the new buffs would it make it more competitive with shadowpan?.

based on what i have read haste is supposed to be our best stat but i see some guys stacking crit am i lost or do stats differ from talent to talent.
