The classic dungeon TW was weeks ago when the anniversary event opened. Why would anyone willingly suffer through those dungeons twice? Everyone has their anniversary points/sets already, so no need to repeat the dungeons, they're shit.

I still dont understand why they nerfed TW content (make it scale with our lvl/ilvl instead of scaling everyone down).
Just makes no ffing sense!
Also, WHY TF they didnt include old SFK and Stockades?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Pretty sure they said it was easier to make it scale up than scale down. The only thing that annoys me is that I can’t use old legendaries. As for the dungeons, Stockades is a bad choice because it’s stupid and we haven’t even gotten the classic version of SFK like we did for Scholo; that needs to happen first
There are always exceptions of course and I don't want to generalize because I don't really know. But if you can make it max level, you do world quests and participate in TW dungeons - you got what it take to do a tier 8 Delve, so there's really no point running any other content.
One of the biggest problems - is broken scaling after 70lvl. It's just not right, that any tank/healer above 70lvl should be kicked due to terrible performance, that causes constant wipes.
80 may be ok. I mean 71-79. Usually around 75. I had another bad healer today. He was 71 and his performance was so bad, like if we wouldn't have any healer at all. And it was another situation, where one would have suspected bad tank first. I had similar situation 2 days ago. Tank was constantly dying and we kicked him. But same was happening with next tank too, that leaded me to suspicion, that problem was with bad healer. Same here. Tank was 30 and I don't think, that 30lvl would be bad tank. But again it was situation, where it was hard to choose, who should have been kicked. It would be better, if Blizzard would fix this problem themselves. They should either fix scaling or ban 71+ players from playing TW dungeons.
First of all, anecdotal evidence works both ways.
Second, again, stop talking about 80. 80 can be fine due to several reasons. Like bad RNG during leveling, that causes players' gear to fall behind, if they don't have heirlooms (and 79 heirlooms aren't available now). And endgame gear can be obtained at 80, that fixes this problem.
But more probable reason - exact scaling problem, we have had since MOP. Devs try to make room for gaining player power via taking too much of it from players. This idea can be called "If you want to give something to players - first take it away". But again. This can be fixed via obtaining endgame gear. But it's only available for 80.
Scaling problems below max level are so very temporary I don't think anyone cares.
If you run 4 dungeons, get 3 good and one bad queue, you still have leveled beyond the problem and can move on with your life. At the end of the day you've hit 80 and can actually start playing the game. Some quirky scaling is acceptable, because it's during leveling and doesn't affect you more than maybe the 12 minutes the dungeon takes to complete.
Bad excuse. Broken content is still broken. TWs are good for leveling, cuz they have common queue. Dunno why Blizzard still insist on per-xpack queues in regular dungeons. And leveling alts is thing, that happens within whole duration of xpack. So, 71-79 characters will be constant problem in TW dungeons. And other players do TW to farm badges. It will be constant pain for them.
P.S. "Raids and M+ - are only content that matters" - is real reason, why Wow constantly fails.
