    I'm fairly sure the mail is 'sent' to the first character you log in after the hotfix.

    I logged in on my mage on the day the hotfix went live, and there was the mail. And my mage is not my mail, just my potion/flask provider.

    well I was hoping that it would arrive with the reset. I was wrong. It's been 6 days since any communication from Blizzard on this issue and that was "oh yeah we're looking into it". that was after a post 5 days previously saying that it was fixed and that people should've been receiving it. the first post was done at 10am on a Friday, and people were complaining within an hour that it wasn't working. so what, did they all just go home at 10:01am for a long weekend? Blizzard's communication is the absolute fucking worst

    It doesn't appear? So, in theory, it could be somewhere... on my 216 characters?

    well apparently it's meant to appear on the first character you logged into after the fix. oh, wait, that fix didn't work. so we're still working on a fix but it will be sent to the first character you logged into on January 31st after 10am PST because we're a big bunch of clueless morons who don't know shit about shit. Good luck remembering what character you logged into first almost 2 weeks ago... or 3 weeks ago because we're not gonna see a fix before then!

    Note that the original thing says, "Players who have accumulated 5,000 Plunder, or players who hereafter earn 5,000 Plunder" NOT "Players who previously earned 5,000 Plunder" so I think there's a chance that they weren't keeping track of how much plunder you had earned but simply looked at how much you CURRENTLY HAD when the original reward went live. So, I wonder if those of us who earned AND THEN SPENT over 5,000 plunder before the reward went live are just out of luck unless we explicitly go back and earn another 5K. We will find out Tuesday I guess.

    Well this aged poorly. At this point they should just keep the NPC there and give us heroic loot from the next raid
