I have very little ideas, thats why im asking everyone

My only idea comes in the form of "ignoring"
Ignoring the bad and avoid even talking about it.
By ignoring its existence it may fall into obscurity and be forgotten, instead of spreading.

Also spread love (somehow)

People ignoring the stuff they don't like is largely what got us into this situation. They ignore how taxes work, they ignore how the economy work, they ignore what the impacts of the policies of each party are.

The United States literally has a rapist and pedophile who has committed bank fraud, tax fraud, bribery, extortion, solicited election interference, tried to overthrow the nation, and ran the nation into the ground the last time he was in office and is already on course to do it again even worse as he funnels money to himself and his friends and we have people talking about how great he is and tells us god put him there even though the bible would describe him as the antichrist.

There is no coming together with that, any attempts to come a middle ground with that diminishes us all and makes us even worse as a nation and as an individual. You can't come to a middle ground with someone who wants to torture and kill innocent people and expect it to last. They only want to compromise when they don't have power, the instant they do they want to break any deal while laughing at you for trusting them as they have proven the last time they had power.

I don't see how you ignore it unless you are a child living with your parents or you don't eat, live in a home, pay taxes, have elderly parents etc. This will affect most of us who aren't insanely rich which is the vast majority of the population. There's no reprieve or escape so face it head on and deal with it accordingly like an adult or get buried by it.

Ignoring it is only going to make the impact of eventually facing the reality even worse, and you will have to face it at some point, because we all live in and share this place.

Stay vigilant. Try not to take on too many topics at once. Pick the things that matter most to you, and focus on information related to those.

Keep receipts. Save articles which explain the truth about situations. Try to save a couple on the same topic to reinforce the truth.

You can absolutely ignore it and still have a comfortable life. If you're a drama fiend who always needs to be in everyone else's business, them suffering may certainly effect you, though.

Realistically, the "hate" comes from one side. And then there's resistance and opposition of that hate. You can't come together and Kumbaya world peace when a significant portion of the population doesn't accept your existence as a person. That needs to be stopped, first, before we can even productively have this discussion. We can (obviously) have differences of opinions on many subjects, but not the legitimacy of people's basic existence as equal and valid members of society, just for who they are. That, you can only meet with hostility and antagonism. That's not "hate", that's intolerance of hate. They're not the same thing, primarily because those who hold hate in their heart can just . . . stop hating, like any moment they choose to. It's a choice they opt in to, not a natural state. Meanwhile, people can't stop being who they are, at best they can only hide who they are, and that's unreasonable.

Calling this "red vs blue" is honestly offensive, since it portrays an equality that does not exist; that both have valid opinions and are just at loggerheads over them. And that's not it. One "side" wants the other "side" exterminated from society or at least subjugated to where they're in hiding or under full oppressive control. While the other just wants to be allowed to exist without constant abuse and bigotry directed towards them.

You need to detox yourself from that, follow more local news and avoid drama and fearmongering communities. Stupid example, I know, I followed Asmongold in the past with his dumb WoW content, but as soon he started griffting on drama and fearmonger, I simply unfollowed and cleaned my internet history (on youtube and social media and even ads) so the algorithms understood that I was looking for new type of content. And it worked.

Help those around you and be grateful with everything you have in your life, after some weeks you will feel way better.

So you are a wealthy older man with no debt, I know you said "middle class" but people with net worth in the millions think they are middle class. For the vast of majority of people not you they can't ride this out or stick their head in the sand because they simply do not have the wealth or income to do so.
