What would the world be like if 2010s American society was much more aspirational?

During the early 2010s I felt so excited and optimistic for the future but looking back at the past 10 years I feel nothing but sadness at what has has happened in American society.

It seems like we have a lot of troubled young people and society is seemingly ineffective at addressing this issue.

    https://www.cnn.com/2023/02/16/us/vo...ges/index.html

    A few among too many.

It also seems like conspiracy and anti intellectual mindsets have also massively increased.

It seems like American society cannot unite anymore and has fractured into many small tribes.

What would an 2010s America that was aspirational and intelligent and did not have all these problems look like?

What would the world of the 2020s-2050s look like if 2010s America was much more intelligent and aspirational?

It seems like American society cannot unite anymore and has fractured into many small tribes.

What would an 2010s America that was aspirational and intelligent and did not have all these problems look like?

What would it taken to get a much better 2010s?

Completely overhaul the American education system in the 90s?

Completely change American society during the 90s?

I admire the commitment to your character here on MMO-C but this thread failed at step 1.

Absolute hilarity that you somehow believe that 2010's America was not also fractured "into many small tribes" and was unable to unite. Very weak from you.

EDIT: also, can you explain what relevance the links you posted have to this fucking virtue jumbled, word salad of a thread?

Like the Mass Effect 3 ending. The US was too aspirational. People resented having to like Obama and a woke Shepard.
They would lead a profound backlash starting in 2015. They were so mad about losing their culture war they decided to burn the world down.

Bold of you to assume he would ever answer you. I think out of the 1,067 posts he has made, only 2 of them were posts in an already established thread (the Space and Exploration thread) with the other 1,065 being threads he himself has created and immediately abandoned.

I don't expect them to, but I cannot simply attack them for the last 5 years of their nonsense either.

Op is a human aspiring to be a bot.
“But this isn’t the end. I promise you, this is not the end, and we have to regroup and we have to continue to fight and continue to work day in and day out to create the better society for our children, for this world, for this country, that we know is possible.” ~~Jon Stewart

The imaginary drug that would fix the world is a reversible form of birth control given to all people male or female during puberty, and the antidote for the contraception must be signed off on and approved by a doctor before a baby can be attempted.
Giving people the power to create more humans freely for their own fulfillment of happiness is leading to population ballooning. I think the more humans in the world, the more resources must be stretched, babies should be entering only if they have a support network that guarantees good education and well-mannered upbringing. Make being a parent a privilege again

The decade-long joke that nobody gets but the OP continues, somehow.

I thought it was the decade-long joke that everyone gets but the OP.
On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

I mean, maybe he’s going “huhuhuhuh they all think I’m an idiot, jokes on them.”

…and meanwhile we’re all going “huhuhuhuh look at this idiot, what a joke.”

We'd all end up looking like this. So, pretty great.

“There you stand, the good man doing nothing. And while evil triumphs, and your rigid pacifism crumbles to blood stained dust, the only victory afforded to you is that you stuck true to your guns.”
