Account suspension due to Solo Shuffle being toxic

So. I've been doing a lot of Solo shuffleling since TWW started.

Recently I was awarded a 2 week ban, due to "not fun game environment"
I hardly believe me saying "Cmon man", "Can you heal" and no swear words, is being toxic and should lead to this.

Almost every time I queue up, I end with 1-3 russians, who tend to abuse the grief communication report system.
Do these ban come without Blizzard actually see the reports through and just given automatically when you recieve x amount of reports ?

This has had be being scared for my account and/or worried every time I play, as to when the next time is.

It's an automated system. Get enough reports and you are automatically suspended. You obviously can write a ticket, they take a look at the protocols and either confirm the suspension or overruleit.

A simple prevention: Don't write anything.
Even if it's not particularily toxic, what do you think you will gain from "cmon man" or "can you heal". That they who are never going to play anymore with you reflect and change their attitude? Or don't you think that it's more likely that they are pissed about whatever happened before and by making snarky remarks you piss them off even more?

You're right, better off just not typing anything. But it's sad that it's come to this.

Couple things here:

1.) You don't cop a 2 week ban unless you've had multiple actions on your account already
2.) I don't believe for a second that your chat was nearly as innocent as you seem to be implying here
3.) Assuming #2 is false then you have a pretty decent chance to have your ban appealed. Methinks that's not the route you're going to go since you know that it was a justified ban but /shrug

You're entirely wrong: a huge chunk of it is dedicated to 'don't be shitty to other players'.
