What do you think the next WoW Remix will be?

With how popular MoP Remix was, it's a safe bet it will be brought back to lead into Midnight.

Which expansion do you think will be the focus this time? Will it be WoD, which follows MoP? Or will it be a different expansion?

If they want to go with another expansion that has little to no quests that send you to other places, TBC or WotLK could work. So could Shadowlands. If they don't care about that, Cataclysm wouldn't be a bad option. You'd be able to quest across two MASSIVE continents. Legion is largely on the Broken Isles but some quests and Class Halls have you in other places.

What about features you'd like to see done differently in WoW Remix this time? I'd like to have the option of converting chars from MoP Remix before the event ends. I'd also like the option of converting alts to WoW Remix this time. More so for those of us who already have a lot of alts. I'd like to see the gold and Rep Token gains drastically increased. That would allow those still trying to unlock certain things like Warband Bank slots to more easily do so.

On a related note and finally, I'd like to have a transfer system for migrating gold and rep tokens during WoW Remix to other chars. More so if WoW Remix chars are locked to it until the event ends again. We should at least be given that option.

Pretty sure it's all but confirmed to be Legion at this point.

Well there have been datamined hints that it could be a Legion Remix. I hope it's not WoD as it just wasn't an expansion that had a lot going on and the Order Halls were a lot easier to deal with than the Garrisons. I'd like to see the legendary system extend past the cloak and if it's legion past the two item limit, really let our characters do some crazy stuff during the remix. Agree on the warband transfer stuff but I think it really should just be out of the timerunning to normal servers and not into the mode. Maybe some unique raid time corrupted boss encounters could be cool.

Also the ability to buy at least some of the cosmetics and mounts from MoP Remix in the Suramar bazaar area for the people who weren't able to buy everything last time or didn't have the time to participate/chose not to.

MoP I was excited for because I knew the content was actually good. The only other expansion questing experience I enjoyed throughout was WoD's. Having to slog through the Legion zones again is not appealing.

What I would like is to see open world PvP events like SoD's Ashenvale war implemented, to be simulate the war that was going on during that timeframe. There should have been such a conflict happening in the Jade Forest, Krassarang, and Kun-Lai. Maybe even Townlong Steppes too.

TBC was one of the most popular eras, has a LOT of good dungeons that aren't too long, raids that are iconic / fun, and a great potential for rewards that people would love to get their hands on.

Yea I'll pass on reskins of low poly, low res armor and mounts from TBC. This would be a terrible decision compared to Legion which has great weapons they can reskin, great mounts they can reskin and decent tier sets for the most part they can reskin.

There were literally several new things created just for MoP Remix. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that they'd make some new toys, pets, and sets for us in a potential TBC Remix.

And TBH, even if they didn't, I'd prefer an easier way of getting Ashes, Ivory Hawkstrider, etc. vs. anything they gave us in Legion. Like I cannot think of a single reward in Legion I'd care to get in a Remix setting.

Because they aren't going to model new shit just for a remix which is just filler content.

Reskinned gear and mounts does not make them new. They just changed the color my dude. Or do you think previously unobtainable stuff already in the game files like Chen's hat makes it new? It's still the same model it was in MoP.

MoP Remix didn't have PvP if I remember right. Even in what should have been PvP areas.

I do think they'll provide that option personally. More so with Warbands now being a thing.

I thought blizzard already announced legion remix.

I do playtesting for blizzard sometimes, I WAS a tester for "timerunning pandamonium" (Thank God they changed that name).

I missed the past few "casting calls" for testers due to scheduling problems, but one of the casting calls just over the past week or two was around the same time of year and same length of time as the mop remix one; also the questions for the tester form were similar to the ones on the mop remix one.

So they are working on it, but I can't say more.

I hope it's WOD because leveling was great in that expansion.
