Horrific Visions revisited

Horrific Visions... I have a few questions about them.
1) Will I be able to do it with a friend from different faction? Considering it's a queue - most likely not.
2) Do you need cloak or something? Or new "talents" is all we need?
3) How do you feel about it?

Personally I am very excited, it was my most fav content ever released if you don't consider raids/dungeons/delves.

1. The fact that it's queued suggests that you won't be able to, except that it's not a normal queue that puts you with other people, it just spawns an instance and teleports you in, so there's a good chance you will be able to do them cross-faction.

2. No new cloak, only the new talents

You could find out on the PTR but I suspect you should be able to. The system also adds in "follower" NPC to fill your party.

No cloak BUT there is a new interface with "talents" that make it easier to (which is time-gated of course).

3) How do you feel about it?

On one hand, unlike the BFA version, you don't need to grind out some other currency (i.e. Keys) to be able to enter the visions so this version is definitely more accessible. On the other hand, the time-gating is kinda of surreal - not only do we have to wait until May 20th but progress on the Horrific Visions is timegated as well.

At least we're getting some player power out of it à la helm corruption enchant.
