This is a genuinely insane post to make. I played through Classic, TBC & WotLK re-releases. All that experience did is vindicate every single opinion I have on World of Warcraft.

It turns out the people that have been shouting "Nostalgia!" for years to silence legitimate complaints and criticisms were just being incredibly lazy. It was exactly as good as I remember, even if I had to engage with it differently. You're not actually interested in hearing the merits of what people do & do not like, though. You just want to take these cheap, lazy snipes at people who dislike specific changes in design philosophy. How dare they!
