Puzzling Cartel Chip...retrospective or???

Since new turbo boost coming in 2 days, we will finnally have chance to obtain Puzzling Cartel Chip to choose some raid or m+ items. My question is, are bosses we already killed count (if I already kill 1st mythic boss, can I choose item from that boss with Puzzling Cartel Chip) or I need to kill that boss again?

It's easy for them to track so I assume it won't require that.

Yeah, it counts. The blue post text says "Players can purchase Mythic and Heroic gear but will require the associated boss to have been defeated at least once in any difficulty to purchase Hero track gear and at least once in Mythic difficulty to purchase Myth track gear."

If you've killed the first boss at least once in mythic, then you're able to purchase mythic track gear from (the list has 4 pieces from Vexie) it with the Chip.
