    LOL! What a coincidence!

I was/am roleplaying Stamina Outlaw rogue in PvP...and we get a boost in stamina wtf
I picked all 9 gems on gear of +stam +versatility, picked the talent, the trinket and the banner (+15%) you can use in rated Battleground Blitz.

    Roleplay intensifies.

top 3 first blood in SS:
    1) destro - 73%
    2) aff - 61%
    3) mm - 58%

"hmm let's buff the armor bonus talent by 30%, this 2% phys dmg reduction surely is going to help."

  4. #4
Survival needs a lot more than that in cleave/AOE

Holy fucking shit! A substantial buff to Frost Mage. No way.. I can't believe it. Lol.

As always, I'll say that the issue isn't things being bad or good, it is the slow speed of changes. And that strikes again. Fury and Shadow have been absolute dog m+ classes for the entire season which, let's be real, is already over for most people. Nothing wrong with some balance tweaks in a .7, but those specs needed this 2 months ago.

Also Idk about the Fury buffs, but the Shadow ones are about 5%, nowhere near enough to be competitive in the big pull keys.

They simply have no idea how to tune shadow when they have one good boss encounter. A tale as old as psychic link.
Also both shadow and fury struggle more this season because of target caps but thats usually never resolved mid season.

Fury has struggle with target cap for like 7 years, right?

NGL, having the lone DPS spec of a class held hostage by a raid fight is pretty frustrating, especially if you don't care about that content.

My life as Outlaw rogue pre-buff (only when fully buffed in a Battleground)

I agree. Everyone knew that Fury, Survival and Aug were not in a good place 2 months ago. The speed of changes is a problem but also is the tuning.

Sometimes the tuning needs to be aggressive. Aug was in an awful spot after the nerfs, it can be just decent... Or like in this case for Survival, (15% for Explosive Shot and 25% for Fury of the Eagle) is not going to save the spec for M+. We all know that.

Regarding Shadow priest, it wasn't bad. It's just that Disc Priest was THAT good.

2100+ is the same for destro and even worse for aff.
btw they are 2 of 7 specs above 50% first blood at 2100+, and other than moonkin at 60% the rest is 50-55%.

30% bonus armor on a talent is useless in practice, that's maybe a 2% phys dmg reduction.

This is exactly why I stopped playing retail. They do nothing for months and claim to “balance classes”. The people in charge have no clue what they’re doing……but all those streamers say “Blizzard has finally got it!!”. It’s a squirrel cage effect, making you waste your time so that you play more while telling you “we need to do better”, we made a mistake. That's all Ion has done

Fair except that balance in any version of classic is far worse lol.

I'd recommend listening to Ion's presentation, I think he talks about balance in the middle. Pretty fascinating! Especially the Brood War charts

overall is such a bad metric. Caster perform worse on low rating and get better the higher you get. Destro has 250 player over 2,1 in shuffel. Thats 100 more than dk speccs have and 150 more than enhancment. I feel like warlock getting buffs over this weird enough. But wanting big buffs when they overall perform average , while other classes are in the dirt is kinda cringe.

Also a big reason for warlocks dying first often is not only because they are squishy but you HAVE to focus and control them or they auto win the game with unhealable damage. So even if warlock isnt the best target to kill, you have to do it

ok, but i also just gave you 2100+ results, which is the same for destro and worse for aff.
i am not asking for OP warlocks, nerf their dmg after they are no longer the kill target 100% of the time, it's incredibly unfun to play when you are ALWAYS the target. try playing one and see for yourself.
