It's a known thing that in every expansion after classic, Blizzard kept adding more and more stuns and roots and other methods of telling people that they couldn't play the game. The design space was limited, and those buttons are really fun in PvE. But it kept getting worse over time, and yet it seems like it's at the worst ever in Mists. So bad that WoD had to make a point of making the game scale way back in terms of how pervasive CC was in PvP.
But you look around and people are swearing up and down that PvP is better than ever in Mists, that it's one of the top three times to really get your brawling on.
Have these people never actually played Mists before? Is it all nostalgia goggles? Because even Cata wasn't this bad with so much instant CC and anti-CC buffs being thrown around everywhere. I'm sure numbers will be better at 90 (although resilience is still going to be too low at 25% I'm sure), but this is just fucking stupid.
How can *anyone* play this and think, yup this is great design?
