If you look at the number of m+ characters (I put it in another thread), it doesn't sound impossible if you include classic, China, and assume that most characters never interact with that content (and that a fair number of people just never unsub even if they barely play, the AOL effect)

I don't know if that is plausible or not, but maybe at the start of an expansion? Doesn't seem likely by the third patch, activity is usually down then by at least 40%.

I read somewhere that Blizzard's games have never gotten much traction in regions like India and Japan, I'm not sure why this is so, when Latin America, Russia, China and South Korea's playerbases are so enormous comparatively.

Worth remembering that Eu and China both have more players than the US now, at least in terms of people who do keys cuz that is the easiest data to find. idk why but im still kinda shocked by this

Ugh, no. Actually, I really like M+ and PvP. I like raiding, but I can't commit to a raid schedule with my real life work obligations. I've been trying to get them to do M+ with me and they hate it.
