    Add-On Experiences

    BlizzCon Charity Night

Returning in 2026 is the BlizzCon Charity Night, an exclusive event with Blizzard developers, artists, and community representatives. This year, we’re thrilled to partner with Make-A-Wish® as the beneficiary of the BlizzCon Charity Night. Visit www.wish.org to learn more about Make-A-Wish and their mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

In addition to entry to this exclusive event, purchase of the BlizzCon Charity Night add-on also includes access to a reserved seating section at the BlizzCon Opening Ceremony, a signed piece of Blizzard artwork, and a collectible credential.

The BlizzCon Charity Night add-on is available for $499.99 USD all-in, while supplies last. Blizzard will donate 100% of the purchase price of the BlizzCon Charity Night add-on to Make-A-Wish less any chargebacks or refunds. The purchase of a BlizzCon Pass is required to purchase this add-on. All BlizzCon Charity Night add-on purchases are final, meaning they cannot be resold. One transfer to another attendee is permitted. This add-on is extremely limited and is expected to sell out quickly during the early bird window.

    Darkmoon Faire After Hours

The Darkmoon Faire is setting up stakes at BlizzCon 2026, casting its spell over Level 2 of the North Hall once more. While every attendee may enter its gates during show hours, the Darkmoon Faire After Hours experience offers a late-night treat for those who wish to extend their stay. This optional add-on grants you entry to an exclusive three-hour event Saturday evening, September 12, to both the Darkmoon Faire and the BlizzCon Store. Also included are 20 Faire Tokens and a collectible credential.

The Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on is available for $89.99 USD all-in, while supplies last. The purchase of a BlizzCon Pass is required to purchase this add-on. All Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on sales are final, meaning they cannot be resold. One transfer to another attendee is permitted. This add-on is extremely limited in availability and is expected to sell out quickly during the early bird window.

At BlizzCon 2026, you can expect the return of classic BlizzCon staples alongside some new experiences, including:

    • Kicking the weekend off is our Opening Ceremony featuring major announcements. Seating for the Main Stage, returning to Hall D, will be on a first-come, first-served basis with plenty of additional spots throughout the convention center to catch all the action. Attendees who have purchased the BlizzCon Charity Night add-on will have access to a reserved seating section at Opening Ceremony.
    • Hit the show floor for hands-on gameplay from World of Warcraft, Diablo IV, Overwatch 2, Hearthstone, and Diablo Immortal.
    • The Blizzard Arcade is back! Play games from our past and present like Heroes of the Storm, StarCraft, and other titles with friends and fellow attendees.
    • For an in-depth look behind the scenes, catch developer panels and other speakers on the Main Stage, as well as on multiple stages across the convention center, including the new Classic Stage in the Blizzard Arcade.
    • Experience BlizzCon through the eyes of creators from across our communities as they capture the energy, surprises, and stories unfolding throughout the event from the show floor and our newly enhanced media experience center.

    • Experience the best in esports with major competition including the Overwatch World Cup, World of Warcraft Arena World Championship, World of Warcraft Mythic Dungeon International, Hearthstone Masters Tour World Championship, and the inaugural Blizzard Classic Cup.
    • Pick up new gear and souvenirs at the BlizzCon Store. In addition to our click-and-collect ordering system for advance purchases, the BlizzCon Store has been redesigned into a new walkthrough retail shop experience, allowing you to see and interact with the items available like a traditional store. And new to 2026, we’ll also have additional shopping kiosks for select merch around the show floor.
    • Returning to Level 2 of the North Hall, enter the Darkmoon Faire to snag mystery items, limited edition pins, plushies, and more, or to trade with fellow collectors. To make the most of this bewitching event, consider the Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on ($89.99 USD).
    • Gather with your guild or friends old and new at the Hearthstone Tavern. Relax with your buddies, take in an esports match, or catch a panel at the Tavern’s new content stage.

    Accessibility
We are committed to providing an outstanding experience for all attendees at BlizzCon. We strive for access to all activities—to the fullest extent possible—based on an awareness of attendees' needs and appropriate planning. This includes accommodations for aides/personal assistants, American Sign Language and/or open captioning of everything happening on the Main Stage and Classic Stage, service animal accommodations, personal consideration rooms, and priority seating. We ask that all accessibility requests be made by July 10, 2026, so that we can best meet individual needs, by contacting us at blizzcon@blizzard.com. On-site requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources at that time may be limited. For additional information about available services, please visit BlizzCon.com.

    Additional Details
You’ll find more information about BlizzCon Passes on Tixr or at BlizzCon.com. Some content at BlizzCon is rated for Mature audiences and is not suitable for children: children under 7 will not be permitted to enter, and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are a member of the press or a content creator seeking a media credential, please fill out the Media Request form.

Please note that a BlizzCon Pass, BlizzCon Charity Night add-on, or Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on can only be transferred to another account once, after which it cannot be transferred again. Transferring a BlizzCon Pass is permanent once claimed by the recipient and will remove the pass from your Tixr account without the option to be recalled.

If you purchase a BlizzCon Pass and your plans happen to change, the public resale market for BlizzCon Passes opens December 1, 2025, on Tixr.** As a reminder, the BlizzCon Charity Night add-on and Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on cannot be resold.

If you can’t make it to the show in person, the Opening Ceremony and major panels will be live streamed free of charge. Details on how our virtual audience can acquire the BlizzCon in-game goodies will be shared at a later date.

For free you mean. No paid stream this time!

They'll possibly do another sale of the Blizzcon goodie bag though, they did that last time.

There was a time when I was excited about BlizzCon, but with almost all og founders and devs gone, I hardly see the point in any of this. It's not the same. Like everyone asking for the next StarCraft is delusional. It will be made by an entirely different team, and will be filled with micro-transactions. Why would you want that over the existing games?

Going to BlizzCon would require going to U.S and that's not a risk I'm willing to take, lol

All I want is World of StarCraft.

Is that too much to ask, Blizzard?

  14. #14
Other than Classic+ and a major retail patch I can't think of anything exciting that they could announce. Starcraft is likely going mobile, WC3 might get a few more fixes, OW3 which is going to deliver that singleplayer content... this time for sure! I doubt that they will be making a new IP at this point after so many cancellations. I'd rather spend that money for a day at Disneyland.

Only highlight left is the community event before closure.

Funny I actually really like the Monkey's Paw episode of the Treehouse of Horror. Just watched it again the other day.

I heard they are scrapping D4 and coming out with D5. Don't quote me on that.

Yes, that much is already confirmed. They mentioned they want faster release cadences for expansions, but how fast and how much they'll hold to their plans, nobody knows. We are also due to see a 2026 roadmap soon as per an interview this week, so that may shed more light.

I wonder what they are even going to show, what they have on stock to do a blizzcon again

I always imagine this event as something big to reveal their big guns... We already know midnight, Diablo 4 is relatively "fresh" for a sequel, so an D4 expansion is more likely.

For starcraft, 3 or just remasters?

Something something i would rly want war1 and 2 reforged, but done right... Age of mythology is a proof that you can get an old RTS game and update into modern gameplay with tons of new stuff and keep the essence of it
