Promotion Rewards Updates
Since the last time this promotion was spotted back in August, several reward names have been updated. Cerulean Phase-Hunter has been renamed to Cobalt Phase-Hunter, Lil' Exodar is now Exodar Replica, and a Midnight Alpha build from last month has revealed a new hearthstone toy called Naaru's Enfold.

When Will the Promotion Go Live?
While Blizzard has yet to make an official announcement, the Cobalt Phase-Hunter mount is now visible in-game within the Mount Journal, suggesting that the promotion could go live very soon.

I bet many Westerners would buy it. Well, but maybe Microsoft wants to sell it as an $80 mount in the shop at some point. My bad, sorry.
I cannot even fathom the pride you feel when you can afford to waste that much money on a fleeting digital product, when in my country, you can live for three weeks on that.

If you have a 60 in Anniversary, you are set.

I have little doubt there will be a level boost, if you want a new character for when the anniversary realms go to TBC.
