Not really? Buying deluxe editions of the game always gave some fun stuff like pets and shit. Doesn't really matter much.

That's what the right side of the pics is.

TBC Classic on Left, Retail on right.

I wish these would also unlock for Progression (MoP) Classic as well. But... eh

So can you use the TBC version of the mount in retail too?
Despite the lesser detailing the style just looks better.
This is a signature of an ailing giant, boundless in pride, wit and strength.
Yet also as humble as health and humor permit.

Furthermore, I consider that Carthage Slam must be destroyed.

No. There were no deluxe editions back then only collector which was physical in the store. They were extremely rare to get to the point most people couldn't. And it gave you a tiny pet no one saw or cared about. While I love my Collector Edition pets, I think my entire time playing WoW someone noticed them like five times total and it was the Mini Diablo from vanilla every time due to the noisy animation. This is different than a sparkly unique dragon mount in an expansion where every mount looks the exact same and are bland apart from Alar. I tell you what, if they wanted to just re-release TBC collector edition in stores and offer the shitty Netherwhelp for $80 I'd be totally fine with that. Even as someone who got the original back in 07.

You know what I meant with Deluxe edition to the game, and sure it was rare because it was expensive as F for an online game. Also, if you care so much about a single mount and pet just don't play. If you're that easily disgusted because people drop 100 dollars for a mount that won't change anything in the game, it's a you problem.

If they sold epic flying skill for money, or gear or whatever. That'd be one thing. But a single pet or mount, that's just /facepalm on the haters. They need income from Classic to make it worthwhile and a few cosmetic stuff doesn't matter.

Nope, retail uses the updated model

The TBC modelled version looks so much better than the Retail version modelled in the nu WoW artstyle. There is no reason why they shouldn't let you be able to use whichever model you prefer in Retail.

My excitement for classic+ has cratered tbh. You just know blizz will cram it with microtransactions... it probably wont happen at launch assuming classic+ is coming but i just know its the future :/
