But the upgrade to TBC is included in your subscription so... it's literally just the mounts, pets, and game time? Am I missing something? Seems misleading.

No you're not missing anything.

This is purely cosmetic stuff. Said the same thing about it back in TBC:C. None of this is *REQUIRED* in order to play TBC:C2 outside of "WEH I WANT SHINY PIXELS"
