[Midnight] The Add-On Replacement Thread

So with a variety of add-ons no longer being supported after 12.0, especially ElvUI, I thought it was worth making a community list of potential replacements. I will try to keep this updated as beta goes on and better ones emerge.

Feel free to submit your own options!

Frame Customization

BetterBlizzFrames
Largely a PvP add-on, BBF is getting updated. The menus aren't great, but it does offer the ability to change fonts on frames, hide the icons, and a variety of other basic functions the default frames don't offer.

Cooldown Manager Tweaks
Currently the main add-on that allows you to change the CDM layout by removing icon spacing, changing size, and doing other various simple things the default ones don't offer.

Dander's Frames
Pretty nice and clean for party/raid frames compared to BBF, will hopefully be expanded.


Nameplates

Platynator
Allows some decent formatting and coloring options with a variety of templates. Probably what most people will end up using if nothing better comes along.

Miscellaneous QoL

Baganator
If you are missing the Elvui bag options, this is at least reasonably close. Displays ilvl in bag gear, which is important to me.

DejaCharacterStats
Offers a (worse) version of the Elvui character pane, but it is better than nothing.

SimpleDataTexts
A replacement for the bars Elvui uses to display stuff like gold, friends, etc. I can't believe how much I missed this when I turned elv off so its a decent replacement
