There’s an invisible “up” arrow in the advanced movement options of the house, where it would be on any other object you’re trying to move. It’s hidden, but you can still select it. You can use it to move the house up and down.

You kinda can. You can move the door to another floor. Unfortunately the entry point to the house isnt bound to the door yet.

that would be cool as a future development kind of thing. same goes for an attic, maybe with a window you can stick a telescope out of
