The fine folks of Smokywood Pastures aren't letting anything get in the way of spreading holiday cheer—or gaining a bit of profit. Winter Veil has come to Azeroth, and with it come all the holiday's fripperies, fineries, and delectable comestibles.

Partake in the Wonders of Winter Veil

'Tis the season for celebration! Strongholds are decked out in festive cheer, and gifts are stacked under the trees, and festive fun awaits champions!

    Festive Baubles Make Happy Heroes

Don yourself in seasonal threads available from the Holiday Vendors—wrap yourself in the seasons' finest colors with the Festive Red Holiday and Festive Green Holiday transmog set pieces (coat, vest, sweater, shirt, pants, shorts, boots, and belt), along with mirthful Toys and Battle Pets to make loot-seekers' spirits bright—seize your daily chance at getting the gift-thieving Grunch when you bring down the grumpy Greench.

The Abominable Greench Is (Still) a Mean One

The Abominable Greench is upping the ante after his Metzen-nabbing shenanigans with fresh rewards. We're sure that once you've filled up on the fine foods and beverages from Smokywood Pastures, you're bound to stop his reign of terror in the Hillsbrad Foothills. To make a long trek a bit merrier, hop aboard a festive sleigh ride from Dornogal to Ironforge or Orgrimmar for a connecting flight to rescue Metzen.

    Brilliantly Bestowed Bosses

The joyful season has inspired a variety of bosses across Azeroth to share in the lighthearted fun by adorning themselves with hats, loot, and holiday decorations. However, don't be fooled; just because they're in the spirit of things doesn't change their miserable motivations—you'll want to battle as hard as usual to ensure they don't sour the season.

Dearest Dimensius threatens destruction in festive flair deep within Manaforge Omega!

    Blow a /Kiss to a Winter Reveler

While in the Feast of Winter Veil spirit, toss a /kiss to a Winter Reveler found celebrating the season underneath a sprig of mistletoe in inns around Azeroth to be rewarded with a token of gratitude in the form of Mistletoe, Fresh Holly, or Handful of Snowflakes that can be used for a variety of Feast of Winter Veil achievements.

Festive Feast of Winter Veil Favorites

Stop by the Smokeywoods Pastures cart in Ironforge or Orgrimmar and click on Greatfeather Pepe to obtain A Tiny Winter Hat. When you summon Pepe to join you on your adventures, he may just show up in the perfect Winter Veil outfit complete with a tiny beard.

Let your spirit be light by stepping into one of the Giant Snow Globes found outside of the Ironforge Bank, in Orgrimmar overlooking the Valley of Wisdom, or in the Broken Isles in Dalaran. It’s a truly transformative experience letting your inner Greatfather Winter helper out. A little /dance will spread the joy to those around you.*

I wonder how we will get the Winter Veil tree decor.

Imagine Making a house that was a Smokywood pastures theme? Like a little workshop?

Seems like there's nothing new... was expecting Decors at least.

Snow/Christmas theme Decors would've been nice... layering your yard in snow.

I was wondering the same. But isn't there a pet? Grunch? Or is that old?

EDIT: NVM, just looked it up. Seems it was added last year.

Pretty sure it's waaaay older. I've not bothered with Winterveil in ages as nothing new gets added, unlike the events that have a dungeon [surprised there's no mount considering Easter event added the Noble carpet mount, and there's no dungeon for that].

Yeah, but the prerequisite for EVERY activity in game shouldn't be "I NEED to get something" in order to fuel achievement/mount count addictions. Be grateful you can even play a game when others can't even afford to eat. Be grateful that there are holiday events in general that get players interact with one another. Kind of miss the times where people were grateful to log in and could do nothing for hours and still have a great time. Remember, your friends won't always be there, your family won't either. If they like to play games with you, make that time spent/interaction the focus vs the small dopamine hits from adding pixels.

Weird that I have it, don't recall bothering with the event last year.

Is this irony or sarcasm on an extremely high level? Like...a level where it almost does not translate in written form?

I honestly hope so..and that you are not being serious.

I still don't have the stupid illusion that originally came from the molten core event and was moved to winter veil a few years after. I try every year on multiple alts and either I'm super unlikely or its crazy rare.
