If we are talking about the Blood Elves and Lorderon Human who became the Forsaken,
Yes, the WC3/WC3:TFT era for the Alliance. Well they are still part of the Alliance in WoW:Vanilla since the only time they became Horde was during TBC, the Sin'dorei I mean.
WoW:Vanilla was the turning point for the introduction of the Forsaken to the Horde and thanks to them Blood Elves were introduced after.
Right now Calia is still considered part of the Alliance even though she is now the leader of the new Forsaken despite the existence of Desolate Council.

Everybody who died and became reanimated are all from Lordaeron and Quel'thalas and strictly that region during WC3 is exclusively part of the Alliance.
I mean the only reason why Sylvanas took the mantle as the leader of the undead not under the influence of the Scourge and regained their freewill then asked to be instated within the Horde is because they are now "freaks of nature" and "monsters" by the living.
Times changed as both the Horde and Alliance became tolerant with the undead, DKs and when Shadowland became accessible.

Just for the record, the WC2/WC3 era Alliance was the Alliance of Lordaeron, formed after the fall of Stormwind at the end of the First War. It basically collapsed after the Second War, when Anduin Lothar's death ended the blood oath between the high elves and humans, and the human nations fell back into internecine conflicts.
The WoW era Alliance is the Grand Alliance, a separate faction based out of the rebuilt Stormwind.
I was waiting since Cata to get the resolution to the Murozond plot and all we got was a middle chapter. I'm worried we never get a proper conclusion. I hope it ties in with TLT, like maybe Nozdormu turning from the Titans and willingly embracing Void empowerment to become Murozond. Maybe it advances some in Midnight even.
I am the one who knocks ... because I need your permission to enter.

WC3 Alliance has 2 version:
The Human Faction have the Human of Lordaeron, Dwarves sans Dark Iron, and Highelves of Quel'thalas: sorcs, priests
WC3:TFT
This was the turning point for the Highelves and becoming the Sindorei and Kael'thas leaving Azeroth as he tag along with Lady Vashj & Illidan as they head to Outland.
WoW:Vanilla was the continuation of WC3:TFT when Arthas finally reaching the Frozen Throne thereby erecting ICC over it, Illidan's bout with DK Arthras and thus weakening his infuence toward Lordaeron undead so Sylvanas rallying those who are no longer part of the Scourge as they try to establish their very own society. They tried to seek the acceptance of the Horde since the Grand Alliance won't be accepting of their nature.

Funny how some people seem to care about these. Come next expansion, these will become like 95% of WoW .. abadonded and forgotten.
