And then Blizzard will pretend for ages, that this artificial restriction is necessary and that everybody and their grannies don't have their private Neighborhoods, as it happened with bank guilds in the past. Like if finding 4 guildless characters in starting zones, who would agree to sign this thing for 1k gold, is so difficult and requires pro level of so called "social interaction".

    hope they "fix" endavours 2.

My neighbourhood is just a random people 1. Houses are empty, you can see that only few are active with endavours. Leveling your house xp and neighb xp is so freaking slow.

Thats the point? It's another time gated crappy xp mechanic to keep the addicts to have to unlock everything playing. Much cheaper to make than actual gameplay.

Do you still need 10 active members per month to keep the neighbourhood up and running?
