    • Developers’ notes: We’re applying several changes that were made to Devourer in the Beta, to reduce burst during pre-patch. These come along with an overall damage reduction to the specialization.
      • Fel-Scarred: Focused Hatred now increases Demonsurge damage by 10% (was 50%) when damaging a single target, reducing by 2% (was 10%) per additional target in PvP combat.
      • Fel-Scarred: Demonsurge damage reduced by 20% in PvP combat.
    • Devourer
      • All damage reduced by 8% in PvP combat.
      • Consume damage increased by 100% in PvP combat. Does not affect Devour.
      • Devour damage increased by 30% in PvP combat.
      • Voidblade damage increased by 15% in PvP combat. Does not affect Pierce the Veil.
      • Void Ray damage increased by 30% in PvP combat.
      • Hungering Slash damage increased by 15% in PvP combat. Does not affect Reaper’s Toll.
      • Impending Apocalypse now increases the damage of your next Collapsing Star by 15% in PvP combat (was 30%).
      • Focused Ray now increases the damage of Void Ray by 15% in PvP combat (was 50%).
      • Inevitable End now reduces the cast time of Collapsing Star by 25% instead of increasing its damage done. Please note that the tooltip will not reflect this change during pre-patch.
      • Predator’s Wake damage reduced by 15% in PvP combat. This is the empowered The Hunt from Demonic Intensity.
      • Devourer’s Bite now increases the damage your target takes by 5% per application (was 12%).
      • Surrender to the Void now increases damage dealt while in Void Metamorphosis by 10% (was 20%).

    One, it's for PvP.
Two, those nerfs already happened in the Beta servers. They're just bringing the pre-patch version of the class up to speed.

Dude it's not just for PvP. Many of those changes applied to PvE also. Reading comprehension.

    It literally says:

    Player versus Player

    Demon Hunter
Nowhere there does it mention PvE and if its already live for PvE you will not see any difference in your damage than you did before the patch, and you accuse others of reading comprehension, I swear.

LOL. Every change which applies only to PvP says 'in PvP combat' at the end. Every change which is generic and applies to the spec as a whole doesn't. Hard, I know...

It´s almost like there is a big headline that says Player vs Player and that every change has "in pvp combat" attached to it. I wonder what it means.

It's almost as if "in PvP combat" is present in almost every single line in those changes, and the title, and the reasoning behind said changes, meaning it's a change involving PvP and not, y'know, PvE.

    "Reading comprehension", indeed...

I guess you missed the giant fucking text above the tuning changes that reads Player versus Player

Yes... reading comprehension is indeed hard. I hope the best for you.

don't go too hard on them. With schools these days it's lucky that most can read at all. Tablets just tell people things now for the most part with AI. I feel like sometimes with some people it works retroactively.

The bad part is that even when NOBODY agrees with them and EVERYBODY points out how wrong they are with quotes and images - they still insist they are right...

Yeah well, at that point I just roll my eyes and keep it moving because there is no getting through to some people and that's okay. One of the things that helped bring me peace over the years was coming to terms with the fact that not everyone can be, or wants to be helped and it's not my place to do so. IF I feel like sharing something that might shed some insight and such and they take something from it great, if not no big deal. I am really trying to move away from pissing matches and trying to win arguments and such.

Someone says something outlandish like the above person in question and they don't seem to get it when told otherwise then oh well, not my problem.
