I used 3 emails for the 3 items but i did not receive the chest one.

had to supply a different email address to get around the weekly CD, but I have now received the ice chest.

In case anyone is wondering where the "claim item" goes, you need to log into the actual shop.battle.net site and click on your name at top right and select My Gifts. It should be there for you!
