Need Paladin Bubble Announcer

I need something to scream at me in Arena that pala bubbled, or an addon that i shows as a text the enemy cast so i can filter out the bubble, that might work as well.

theres something called "Eye", which by looking at ur screen you can see the flashy bubble around that paladin, which alert you he took his bubble :P

It also shows how long duration left of Divine Shield and how long left on Cooldown.

The paladin also gets a debuff immediately called Forbarence. Which you can see pop up where you make those pop up.

Have you tried something like WitchHunt from WoWAce.com?
I have mine set to all targets around me not just my current target.
